Making your gift.... |
In 2001,
Cook College (now known as the School of Environmental and Biological
Sciences) of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, launched
a $7 million campaign in support of the Equine Science Center.
The Equine Science Center will be recognized as the best worldwide in
innovative teaching and technology, cutting-edge research, outreach to
stakeholders in the equine industry and the creation of policy that will
promote economic viability and sustainability.
A total of $7 million
is needed to erect a new facility, the Long Distance Learning Center,
as well as existing equine facility renovations at the Red Barn and
Ryders Lane Equine Facility. In addition, an endowment fund will
be established to enable the School of Environmental and Biological
Sciences to continue to attract and retain
the brightest faculty and graduate students in the field of equine sciences.
