Brian Schilling is associate director of the Food Policy Institute responsible for day-to-day administration within the Institute and research program development and implementation. His research has been focused on New Jersey farm viability, agricultural economic development at the urban-rural fringe, food system security and bioterrorism, and other policy issues in the food system. He is a principal investigator in the New Jersey Equine Economic Impact Study.
