Stephanie Murphy, Ph.D,, is the assistant director of the Plant
Diagnostic and Soil Testing Labs at Rutgers. She is the co-principal
investigator on an Equine Science Center-funded project examining the impact of
horse manure and composted manure on soil and water quality.
